Christmas Behind Bars has been visiting prisons and jails for over 30 years. Many of the facilities we visit house 2,000 to 3,000 inmates. We bring gift packages for each inmate.

• The gift packages filled with the following items:
• Cocoa
• Coffee
  
• Toothbrush
  
• Toothpaste
  
• Soaps
  
• Candies
  
• Snacks
  
• Homemade “Thinking of You” cards made by volunteers (often children).
  
• Bibles (as available)
  
• Devotional reading materials

We also, as allowed, will bring volunteers who will sing and speak to the prisoners of how God has worked in their live and offer testimonies of how God can bring them hope and salvation through Jesus Christ.
